Wake The Tiger in London is seeking an ambitious Food & Beverage Manager to lead Absurd City's Bar & Kitchen. You will oversee the bar and kitchen operations, ensure outstanding hospitality, and drive the venue toward being a top cocktail and dining destination.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage a new bar team, collaborate with the kitchen partner, schedule staff, control costs, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Wake the Tiger have built an incredible Bar and Kitchen set in their new attraction: Absurd City. It will serve everything from cocktails to coffees throughout the day to ticket holders, and we have partnered with a chosen caterer to deliver a high-class meat-free menu in a fully kitted out commercial kitchen.
That's not all though: It will also be open to the public in its own right and has set the goal of being an essential cocktail bar destination in London.
We are looking for someone to realise the venue's ambition and shape it further. You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and a newly minted bar team, and report to the Head of Operations. You will oversee the running of the bar and work with the kitchen team to ensure the venue is a critical and commercial success.
