Job summary

Passfield Club in the United Kingdom is looking for a friendly Bar Team member to greet guests, pour drinks and serve snacks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.

You will work during busy periods, handle cash with accuracy using the POS, support events, and ensure bar hygiene and safety standards are met, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the bar.

• Help out with club events and functions.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-serving.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of and carry out duties as required with the Licensing Act 2003.

Requirements

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently
• Excellent time management to handle busy periods smoothly
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Availability on Sundays and/or Mondays is desirable)
