Job summary

Mosaic Pub & Dining in Birmingham is seeking an energetic bartender to join our bar team. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, handle drink orders, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

We value strong communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering quality guest experiences and staff-friendly support. Nights, weekends, and holidays require flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of beers, wines, and cocktails is a plus.
