Job summary

The White Cross pub in Richmond is seeking friendly bar staff to join our team. You will deliver high-quality service, help guests with menus, and work as part of a tight-knit team across busy service periods.

Training is provided and there are opportunities for progression, with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a warm, welcoming pub experience.

The World Famous White Cross is the only traditional pub on the Richmond Riverfront. The menu serves high-quality, freshly made food with the best British seasonal ingredients.

The White Cross has long been a part of life on the River Thames and is situated in an exceptionally beautiful part of the Thames. Be it relaxing inside on a cold winter's day or soaking up the sun in the garden, it is the best place along the river to enjoy the wonderful view.

It is also one of the only remaining pubs where you can still enjoy the high tide coming to you. The Thames in Richmond is tidal and several days a month the tide is high enough to come into the garden. If it is exceptionally high then enjoy the feeling of being marooned in a pub with a pint of beer or a glass of wine as nature won't allow you to leave.
