Job description

We're currently recruiting for talented Bar Staff to help us create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week.

Role Overview

As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers. You'll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.

Shift Patterns

Rotating shifts. Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Maintaining an efficient bar service with a focus on high-quality service
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Having comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, including their preparation and presentation
• Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
