Shepherd Neame is looking for full-time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this could be the perfect job for you.
Located in Southchurch Road, the Exchange Bar & Kitchen has been serving the local community for 16 years, known for its fun, friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. It’s situated among boutiques and small businesses, close to Southchurch Park and the beach.
At Shepherd Neame, we know that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring they have a great experience.
If you don’t have previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities listed below, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.
