Job description

Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Located in the heart of Cranbrook, Kent, the George Hotel is a historic building dating back to 1300, with 12 uniquely designed rooms blending period features with modern décor. It has hosted Queen Elizabeth I in 1573 and offers stunning views of the Weald countryside.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand the importance of first impressions. You will play a key role in welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

No previous hospitality experience is necessary. If you are over 18 and possess the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
