Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Availability to work midweek, evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns to cover business needs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Professional presentation and a courteous manner are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Processing payments and handling transactions
• Providing a warm, welcoming and attentive experience to all guests
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring that tables and dining areas are clean and presentable
• Engaging with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed
• Upholding food safety standards and adhering to hygiene regulations during food service
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
