Job summary

The Cocktail Club, part of Nightcap Group, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to drive performance across busy venues in the UK. You will progress toward a General Manager role with real support every step of the way and play a key role in shaping guest experiences and team growth.

Lead day-to-day operations, manage P&L, recruit and develop staff, and uphold standards while delivering exceptional service and memorable nights out.

Qualifications

• At least x1 year experience managing a busy high-volume bar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• The ability to run their site without the General Manager for 4 weeks.
• Handle P&L management, stock control, meeting targets, and submitting reports.
• Be a creative manager, coming up with innovative ideas to make your bar the best place to visit and work.
• Manage and develop a team of professionals, inspiring and incentivise them to deliver 5-star service.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
• Organize team rotas and efficiently manage labour.
