Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our Bars team and entertainment venues, delivering outstanding guest experiences across the bar network. You will direct performance, coaching, scheduling, and budgeting while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

This hands-on leader will drive continuous improvement and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and memorable moments for guests. You'll inspire a team, set clear goals, and support development through training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality as Bar Manager or Venue Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Lead, motivate, and support the Bars team to deliver excellent service and hit targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere by addressing concerns.
