Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Prepare and manage the bar budget, analyse results, and handle payroll.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop strategies to attract customers and coordinate events.
• Vendor Management: Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
