Job summary

Green & Fortune Ltd. in London’s King's Cross is seeking a passionate Bartender to join Rotunda, a restaurant and events venue on the canal. You’ll work across three bar environments—the main restaurant bar, concert bar and event bar—delivering great service and adapting to pace and atmosphere.

We’re open 7 days a week, operating from daytime till late evening. At least one year of bar experience and knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails are essential to thrive in this busy, collaborative

Qualifications

• One year of bar experience or more.
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Able to talk to guests and work across different bar styles (restaurant, concert, event).

Responsibilities

• Keep the bars running smoothly from pre-opening to close.
• Make drinks, serve wines and beers, and help guests choose drinks.
• Work across restaurant, concert and event bars adapting service to guests and trade.
• Assist management with stock, orders and bar equipment.
