Green & Fortune in London is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to oversee several bar spaces, from a cocktail bar to rooftop terrace. You will lead a skilled team, curate beverage offerings, and drive service excellence across dynamic events and venues.

You’ll train staff, manage stock and costs, and ensure compliance with health and licensing standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervisory or management role within high-volume bars or events.
• Passion for cocktails, wines and beverages with focus on quality.
• Hands-on leader able to train, mentor and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Decisive under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of multiple bar spaces ensuring seamless service.
• Support event programmes delivering exceptional customer service.
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of mixologists and bar staff.
• Manage stock control, ordering and inventory.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to curate menus and new drinks.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and hygiene standards.
• Support events team for corporate and private functions.
• Handle guest interactions and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and sales tracking.
