An exciting opportunity to have a dual role of Bar Management mixed in with one on one time with our Head Brewer in our in house brewery. We are extremely proud of our inner city brewery and love to tantalise regulars and new guests with an exciting line up of innovative and delicious brews. About You

• 1 Years' experience in a similar role minimum
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
• An interest in expanding your knowledge on beer production and how to clean and maintain the casks and tanks
• Amazing staff management, motivation and training
• Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
