An exciting opportunity to have a dual role of Assistant Bar Management mixed in with one on one time with our Head Brewer in our in house brewery. We are extremely proud of our inner city brewery and love to tantalise regulars and new guests with an exciting line up of innovative and delicious brews. About you

• 1 Years' experience in a similar role minimum
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
• An interest in expanding your knowledge on beer production and how to clean and maintain the casks and tanks
• Great staff management and motivation
• Good knowledge of stock management
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
