Job summary

Daish’s Holidays is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver a friendly, welcoming experience for guests. You’ll oversee day-to-day bar operations, drive service standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.

The role offers all-year-round employment with opportunities for career progression, staff benefits, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. A Personal Licence is an advantage; training can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a bar team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front and back of house bar operations.
• Lead, organise and supervise the bar team to ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Ensure drinks and products meet quality standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and address issues promptly.
• Train, mentor and support team members on procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and cellar management.
• Manage cash handling and accurate cash management.
• Uphold health & safety and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
