Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead operations at ABBA Arena. The role demands a strong background in bar operations, proven leadership, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Salary is £42,000 per annum with 5 shifts from Thursday to Monday.

Join the Party at ABBA Voyage!We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience managing bar operations in a high-volume hospitality, events, or leisure environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
• Commercial awareness with experience of stock control, cost management, and driving sales
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
