Job summary

Benugo Limited at ABBA Arena in London is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our busy bar operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive sales in a high-volume hospitality setting.

You will manage a team, optimise stock and costs, maintain high standards of service and presentation, and work across a dynamic events calendar with a two-stage interview process.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing bar operations in a high-volume hospitality, events or leisure environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ensuring high standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations to ensure smooth service during busy events.
• Manage and develop front-line bar staff and supervisors.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs and drive beverage sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and branding guidelines.

Join the Party at ABBA Voyage!We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience managing bar operations in a high-volume hospitality, events, or leisure environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
• Commercial awareness with experience of stock control, cost management, and driving sales
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
