Benugo Limited at ABBA Voyage (ABBA Arena) seeks an experienced Logistics Team Leader to oversee stock, warehouse operations and frontline teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role is full-time and permanent with a £16 per hour rate, five days a week from Thursday to Monday, requiring a hands-on, proactive leader with strong health and safety awareness.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or stock control in hospitality or events (fast-paced).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise, support and develop team members.
• Excellent organisational skills with accurate stock control and efficient processes.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Good understanding of health & safety and operational compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse, or stock control operations, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring all operational areas are stocked, organised, and service-ready.

Salary: £16 per hour

Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, stock control, or back‑of‑house operations within hospitality, events, or a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise, support, and develop team members
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processes
• A proactive and hands‑on approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
• Good understanding of health & safety, food safety, and operational compliance standards
