Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven bar management experience with a strong foundation in premium beverage service
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of success in developing and motivating hotel teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current bar industry trends
  • Strong financial skills with hands‑on experience in budgeting and cost management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
  • Qualification in hotel management or equivalent hands‑on experience in a similar role
  • Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and commitment to exceptional service
