Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Bar Manager for The Mallard, Tidbury Green. If you love great drinks and fast-paced hospitality, join us to lead our busy bar team and create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll own the bar operations, set the tone on arrival, deliver exceptional service, and plan lively events and promotions. We offer a competitive package with a base salary up to £32,000 plus tips, performance bonus, and a range of well-being benefits.

About you...

As Bar Manager, you’ll be the face of the pub and the first point of contact for our guests. From the moment people walk through the door, you’ll set the tone, delivering a genuine welcome, building rapport, and making sure every visit feels special.

You’ll take real ownership of the bar, leading from the front while maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge. A key part of the role will be getting involved in planning and delivering engaging wet-led events, from seasonal promotions and drinks launches to lively social evenings that bring the pub to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests while driving the success of the bar.
