Brunning & Price is seeking a Bar Manager for The Arrow Mill in Alcester. You will lead a busy bar team, deliver a warm welcome to guests, and maintain exceptional standards of service and product knowledge.

You will drive events, launches and promotions, while fostering training and progression within the team, supported by a strong benefits package and a commitment to staff wellbeing.

About you...

As Bar Manager, you’ll be the face of the pub and the first point of contact for our guests. From the moment people walk through the door, you’ll set the tone, delivering a genuine welcome, building rapport, and making sure every visit feels special.

You’ll take real ownership of the bar, leading from the front while maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge. A key part of the role will be getting involved in planning and delivering engaging wet‑led events, from seasonal promotions and drinks launches to lively social evenings that bring the pub to life. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests while driving the success of the bar.
