Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at our Milton Keynes location. The Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, training new team members, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Bar Manager will be expected to drive sales and engage with guests to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
