About the Role

This is a culture-setting, party-starting kind of role. You’ll be leading a brilliant team of bartenders and hosts, delivering an unforgettable guest experience with an arms wide open welcome and world-class drinks.

You’ll take charge of stock, rotas, ordering, and compliance and lead the way on quality, hiring, training, sales, reputation, and legacy.

Of course, we want someone who sets the standard in attitude, energy, and standards — but we want it all with personality. And whilst the curation of drinks and events sits within your remit, you must be someone one who brings your team along with you by coaching, encouraging and celebrating the talent and creativity of others.

It’s more than just a 15 year old multi-award winning speakeasy. This place is about proper hospitality, where the experience doesn’t end at the SMEG fridge entrance (yes, you read that correctly). It’s the music, the drinks and the people. It’s a bar that goes into different gears on different days - from live music and boozy brunches to post work tipple and candlelit nightcaps.
