Job summary

RH Hospitality in London seeks an experienced bartender to deliver First Class service within our design-gallery restaurants. You will craft cocktails and beverages, present wine pairings, and guide guests through our beverage program with consistency and care.

You will lead by example, coach team members, maintain bar quality and inventory, handle payments, and ensure safety and compliance in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bartending or equivalent experience in a high-volume, upscale or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing Team Members in a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic and contemporary cocktails and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service practices, food safety and RH policies.
• Effective verbal communication in English to interact with guests and Team Members; legal authorization to work.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and coffee with consistency and attention to detail.
• Guide guests through RH's beverage offerings with thoughtful recommendations and wine pairings.
• Lead by example during service and coach Team Members through hands-on guidance.
• Maintain beverage quality, inventory accuracy, and bar cleanliness.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure confidentiality.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and RH policies.
