Job summary

Lounge Café Bars is hiring Front of House Team Members for Sarto Lounge, a Loungers brand. You’ll join a friendly team delivering warm hospitality, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction across varied shifts. Training is provided; experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Energy, personality and a friendly approach to customers.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Self-motivation and ability to work at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm hospitality from entry.
• Serving food to a high standard and ensuring accuracy.
• Preparing and serving drinks including coffees and cocktails.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked and clean throughout shifts.
• Handling payments and answering queries, including allergens.
