Working Hours: Casual, Monday to Sunday (Flexible around Events). Earliest start at 10am, latest finish at 12.30am.

Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour depending on age.

Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England's National Sports Centres and hosts several National Governing Bodies of Sport. It offers excellent facilities for Britain’s leading athletes. Additionally, Bisham Abbey is a Conferencing and Event Centre with recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building activities.

The role of the Bar / Events Assistant is to support the Weddings & Events Supervisor in coordinating and delivering weddings and events, including preparation, execution, and breakdown, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests and visitors.

Our aim is to grow our private functions and provide a world-class experience. You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional environment.

About you

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should have a passion for the events and hospitality industry, be flexible with your schedule to work weddings and events as needed, and possess good communication skills to ensure the smooth running of each event at the Abbey.
