Job Title: Bar Back at The Rooftop

Join The Standard's vibrant team this Spring/Summer at The Rooftop, our open-air bar and terrace with stunning London skyline views. This venue is perfect for cocktails, beers, pizza, music, and memorable events. We are looking for experienced Bar Back to help launch this exciting venue.

Your Role

As a Bar Back, you will be part of a dynamic team, supporting the bar operations at our rooftop venue. You should have a passion for service, experience in high-volume environments, and a love for outdoor settings. Key qualities include being organized, proactive, social, friendly, and able to work under pressure.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Back or Bartender in a similar setting such as boutique hotels, destination restaurants, or cocktail bars.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food & drinks service.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors and full availability for the season (April-October), including full-time hours and flexible working days.
