Qualifications

• Experience in high-end bar operations preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist bar team by ensuring correct mise en place at start of each shift.
• Maintain fully stocked bar and adequate glassware.
• Keep bar area clean and free of obstructions throughout shift.
