Cubitt House is seeking a Bar Back to support the bar team across one of our eight luxury London pubs. You'll help keep the bar stocked, assist with opening/closing duties, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset.
• Interest in drinks, bars, and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
• Replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including deliveries and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Cubitt House standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
