Job summary

Emberwood Bath is seeking a Bar Back to join our vibrant team. This full-time role (40 hours) includes evenings and weekends, with a salary of £13.22 per hour plus Tronc.

You’ll support the bar with mise-en-place, service delivery and guest interactions, helping us shape a memorable experience in our Michelin Guide-listed venue. Qualifications

• Hospitality experience desirable.
• Focus on guest interaction and service quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction and repeat business built on trust and experiences.
• Service standards of the highest quality in relation to our offering.
• Delivery of hot beverages and bar service coordination.
• Delivering the bar programme to the highest standard with consistency.
• Support the bar team with maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Be proactive, efficient and diligent.
• Work with other hotel teams to ensure warmth and generosity for staff and guests.
• Responsible for safe delivery of food and drink and allergy/dietary considerations.
