As a member of our Bar team, you will assist the Bar Manager in ensuring the profitable and efficient operation of the bar. Your responsibilities include maintaining good stock rotation and control, and fostering positive customer relationships at all times. What will I be doing?

As part of the Bar team at The Victoria Hotel, you will deliver efficient service to guests and demonstrate expertise on our drinks menu. You will bring your personality to interactions, encouraging guests to return. Your specific tasks will include:

• Preparing the bar area for daily operations
• Having thorough knowledge of the drinks menu and bar offerings
• Maintaining adequate stock levels of all products
• Ensuring a consistent supply of clean glasses
• Providing a friendly and professional guest experience
