Competitive Pay: Starting from £12.21 per hour (dependent on age)

Additional Pay: Time and a half premium for hours worked before 6 am

Flexible Hours: Between 6 - 37 hours per week

Due to the location, having your own transport is essential. The role requires availability for non-standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The Role:
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers at Exeter Airport. Your responsibilities will include:

Mixing and serving drinks with efficiency and professionalism

Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude

Assisting with bar set-up and close-down procedures

Managing stock levels and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-presented

Maintaining hygiene and safety standards, adhering to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Assisting with general cleaning tasks throughout your shift

Reporting any safety or maintenance issues to the management team

About You:
We are looking for individuals who:

Have experience working as a bartender or in a similar customer service role

Possess a positive and approachable personality

Communicate clearly and confidently

Are able to work independently as well as part of a team

Are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings
