We seek candidates with a genuine passion for customer service to serve our hotel guests, visitors, and members.
The role involves working in our Brasserie Bar 5 days a week, from 3pm until close.
The Bar Assistant duties include serving food and drinks, setting up and closing the bar, bar service, clearing tables, cashing up, cellar and stock management, all while providing attentive, guest-focused service.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of bartending and cellar management. Key skills include upselling, excellent customer service, and adherence to brand standards. The position offers a 40-hour workweek over 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.
