The role:

At our hotel, we’re looking for a team who are passionate about Cornwall and
our local food and drink producers, and are eager to be a part of this county's
incredible way of life. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside others
who prioritise our guests and support each other.

We seek dynamic individuals who value positive lifestyle

This role will be 7:30am-12:30pm and will include
weekend work.

What your days could look like:

• Welcome
  guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner
• Interacting
  with guests whilst they are with us for breakfast
• Prepare
  hot and cold drinks
• Clearing,
  tidying and re-laying tables
• Showing
  the guests to their table and explaining the buffet options
• Continually
  build upon company and product knowledge and give input on how we could
  develop and improve
• Keep
  the area you’re responsible for clean, tidy and organised
• Give
  new team members a helping hand, and support their training and
  development
• Cleaning
  down the restaurant once all guests have had their breakfast
• Barista,
  waiting or bar experience – or time working in other people-facing roles
  in retail or leisure. But it’s also about personality fit and attitude, so
  we’re happy to offer full training for the right candidates who may have
  less experience.
