We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join the team at Eastwood Hall!

From serving up refreshing drinks and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere to supporting weddings, conferences and events, no two days need to be the same. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, making sure our guests have a great time and receive fantastic service from the moment they arrive.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is having a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality.

What you’ll be doing...

Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere at the bar.

Serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and professionally.

Taking orders, processing payments and handling transactions accurately.

Keeping the bar well-stocked, organised and ready for service.

Preparing the bar for weddings, conferences, private functions and other events.

Making recommendations and helping guests choose drinks to suit their preferences.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the bar and surrounding areas.

Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock checks, deliveries and replenishment.

Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage and Conference & Events teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Supporting colleagues during busy periods and getting stuck in wherever you’re needed.

Following licensing laws, age-verification procedures, responsible alcohol service guidelines and all relevant health and safety standards.

Helping create memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back.

Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience would be great, but the right attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
