Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, replenishing items as necessary and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed correctly.
• Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting facilities and services and addressing queries promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements
