Job summary

JW Lees is seeking Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our family-owned group of pubs, inns and hotels in the North West and North Wales. You will deliver excellent customer service, learn our beers, and help create memorable guest experiences.

You will be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to grow within the company, and benefit from industry-leading discounts, wellbeing support, and career development programs. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service tailored to each guest.
• Support teammates across shifts and operations.
• Know JW Lees beers and products and upsell food and drinks.
• Recommend food and drink to guests and act as brand ambassador.
