Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Piazzo Lounge, a local café bar. Up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. Flexible contracts and weekend/evening work are common, with no uniform policy across a growing brand of 300+ sites.

Join our Bar & Waiting team to deliver warm hospitality, read customers, and work with the team to ensure everyone leaves happy. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience encouraged; training provided.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Energetic, friendly and reliable.

About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
