Loungers Castello Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members in the United Kingdom. You’ll join a lively café bar within the Loungers family, working as part of the Bar & Waiting team to deliver friendly hospitality and smooth service.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Castello Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
