Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Impero Lounge, part of Lounges. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Join a growing brand with flexible hours and supportive team culture.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
