Job summary

Marston’s pubs are seeking new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team. If you’re new to hospitality, you’ll learn quickly through our app-based training and the DNA career pathway, with the potential to progress to supervisory roles.

You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving, and upselling our food and drinks while delivering brilliant service. Flexible and part-time hours are available, with a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to learn via DNA app-based training and internal career pathways.
• Strong focus on delivering friendly, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our pubs, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
