Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs in Bridgnorth. Whether new to hospitality or experienced, you’ll learn via our DNA app-based training and build a career in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

You’ll be the face of our pubs, delivering great service, taking orders, and upselling delicious food and drinks while developing people, marketing and operational skills. Flexible, part-time hours help you balance life and work, with a clear path toward supervisory

Qualifications

• No hospitality experience required; training provided via our DNA pathway.
• You’ll learn to welcome guests and build confidence on the bar and with service.
• You’ll develop people, marketing and operational skills while you get paid.

Responsibilities
