Job summary

Marston’s is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll be the face of our venues, delivering friendly service and a memorable guest experience.

Join us to learn via our DNA app-based training, gain hospitality skills, and explore progression across pubs, hotels, and our support centre. We offer flexible and part-time hours with a reliable contract.

Qualifications

• No formal hospitality experience required; full training provided via our DNA pathway.
• Strong focus on customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to busy pub environments.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests in a welcoming manner.
• Upsell food and drinks to guests where possible.
• Support the wider team and help where needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.
• Seek progression within our pubs, hotels and support centre.
