Job summary

Marston’s PLC is recruiting for Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs across Oswestry. You’ll be the face of our venues, serving drinks and food with a smile, upselling where possible, and helping to create memorable guest experiences.

We offer internal training (DNA) to help you build skills at your own pace, with flexible and part-time hours available. You’ll work in a friendly, lively team and have opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Entry-level hospitality role with full training via internal pathway (DNA).
• Ability to take orders, serve customers, and upsell menu items.
• Commitment to delivering brilliant customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain welcoming pubs.
• Support team with tasks as needed to ensure smooth shifts.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.
• Pursue progression within the pub group toward supervisory roles.
