Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison

Pay: £12.57 Per Hour + Tronc, 40 Hours

Contract: Permanent, Part-time or Full-Time Available

You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, managing flow and communicating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts, mainly during evenings and weekends, which can be discussed at interview.

We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to help you excel and progress within Malmaison, potentially to Head of Department roles.
