Job Description:

This position is for someone with a customer service background, ideally with experience in a branded restaurant environment, although full training will be provided. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards at all times.
2. Working predominantly evening shifts (from 5 pm), with some early shifts (starting at 6 am). Shifts include weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays.
3. Maintaining uniform and appearance standards.
4. Taking orders and serving food and drinks to a high standard.
5. Having knowledge of the menu, wines, and cocktails.
6. Communicating effectively with front and back of house teams.
7. Processing payments accurately.
8. Adhering to all health and safety policies.
