Job description

This Bar / Restaurant Servers position is for someone with a previous customer service background, ideally in a branded restaurant environment. However, full training will be provided.

The position involves:

1. Being passionate about customer service and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
2. The majority of shifts are in the evenings (from 5pm), but it would be advantageous if you can also work early shifts (starting at 6am). Shifts include weekends, public holidays, and Bank holidays, which are often the busiest days for the business.
3. Maintaining uniform and appearance standards at all times.
4. Taking orders and serving food and drinks to a brand standard, ensuring impeccable service.
5. Being knowledgeable about the menu, wines, and cocktails served.
6. Ensuring clear and concise communication between the front and back of house teams.
7. Processing payments correctly and ensuring proper billing procedures.
8. Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures as explained during training.
