Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Banksman to join a reputable and growing construction services company. This is a site‑based, safety‑critical role requiring a reliable, proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for directing vehicle and plant movement, ensuring safe operations, and maintaining excellent communication across busy construction environments.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification
- CSCS Card
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols
Desirable:
- CPCS or NPORS Plant/Vehicle Marshalling qualification
- Experience working on large construction or civils projects
- First Aid certification
Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the movement of vehicles, plant, and machinery on site
- Maintain safe access and egress routes for all personnel and vehicles
- Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site management
- Ensure all lifting, reversing, and manoeuvring operations are carried out safely
- Monitor site activity and proactively identify potential hazards
- Support site teams with general labouring duties when required
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and follow daily schedules
- Uphold professional conduct and comply with company uniform standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across multiple sites in Rugby and surrounding areas
- Assist in emergency situations and follow all site safety procedures
Requirements
- As a Banksman, you will also be expected to:
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Ensure all documentation is submitted to Head Office no later than the following Monday
- Communicate site data to the Operations Assistant in the correct format
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism at all times
