Our Banking and Finance practice acts for banks, non-traditional lenders, public sector bodies, and borrower clients in relation to a wide range of financing transactions.
The team is now looking for two talented Paralegals to join them in our Leeds Office. With a strong rating in Chambers and an enviable FTSE 250 client list, this is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary banking practice with national and international reach.
You will play an important role in assisting an experienced team of solicitors with a busy and varied workload and will work closely with other members of the national banking team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team on the full range of banking and real estate finance transactions, such as:
Additionally, we are looking to grow our client base, so you can expect to be involved in business development activities, including attending events (both internal and external) and preparing tender submissions.
Ideally, you will have already completed your legal education, including at least a law degree or equivalent. You should be attentive to issues that may affect your work and possess an inquisitive mind and keen eye for detail.
It is also important that you are highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.
